Insurance Claims

You control your claim. We provide the guidance.

Wind, hail, fire or water, the free inspection and the paperwork start on the same visit, and the same crew that documents the damage for your adjuster can also put the roof, the siding and the room behind it back together.

Chapter 01

The inspection comes before anything gets signed

Every claim starts with a free property inspection. We walk the roof, check for wind and hail damage, and look at what water may have gotten in once the covering failed. We document what we find in photos as we go, not from memory afterward.

The inspection ends with a straight answer: repair or replace. Sometimes a section can be patched and sometimes the whole roof has to come off. We tell you which one it is before you decide anything, and before your insurer does either.

We meet your adjuster on site

You control your claim, we provide the guidance and the support. When your adjuster comes out, we meet them at the property, walk the roof with them, and point to the damage we already documented.

That walkthrough is where a claim gets missed or gets counted properly. We document all of the damaged property while the adjuster is standing there and help make sure the full scope of the loss gets seen, then guide you through the rest of the process step by step.

Chapter 03

One company, from the tarp to the finished room

We are a full service general contractor, not a roofing crew that hands you off once the shingles are down. The same company that puts up the emergency tarp and reroofs the house can also handle the drywall, the cabinetry and the flooring the storm ruined underneath it.

That matters more than it sounds like it should. A homeowner juggling three different contractors for one storm claim is a homeowner losing track of what got fixed and what did not. One point of contact carries the job from the tarp to the finished room.

Why waiting works against you

Damage grows. A torn shingle or a cracked flashing left alone turns into a wet deck, then a stained ceiling, then a repair that used to be a patch.

Insurance funds have time limits, and a delayed claim is harder to tie back to the storm in the first place. Delayed claims get denied more often for exactly that reason. If you think a storm damaged your property, get it looked at while the evidence is still on the roof.
