Asphalt shingle, metal, clay tile and commercial. Tear off, inspect the deck, lay synthetic underlayment, and detail the edges for Gulf wind uplift. If the deck is rotted underneath, you hear about it that day, with photographs.

A storm rarely stops at the roofline, and a remodel rarely stops at one room. We are a general contractor first, so the concrete, the fence, the patio cover and the kitchen are all in house rather than subbed out and chased.

Exterior structures

Concrete: Slabs, sidewalks and driveways. The subgrade prep decides the crack pattern years before anyone sees a crack, so that is where the time goes.
Fencing: Set deep enough for coastal wind, with the line walked and agreed before the first post goes in.
Patio covers and pergolas: Attached or freestanding, tied into the existing roofline so it reads as part of the house rather than something bolted on later.

Inside the house

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling: Custom showers, tile, quartz and granite countertops, and the finish carpentry that actually ends a job instead of dragging it out.
Flooring: LVP, tile, hardwood, laminate and stained concrete, over a subfloor that has been checked flat and dry first.
Framing, doors, windows and drywall: Plus texturing and painting, metal buildings, barndominiums, garages and workshops. If it is part of the building, ask.
