Pricing and the work itself
You control your claim and we provide the guidance and the support. In practice that means we meet your insurance adjuster at the property, document all of the damaged property while they are there, and walk you through the process step by step so nothing gets missed. We are a full service general contractor, so the same crew that tarps and roofs can also handle drywall, cabinetry and flooring once the claim is settled.
Three reasons, and they compound. Damage grows, so a small opening after a storm becomes a wet deck and a ceiling. Insurance funds have time limits. And delayed claims get denied more often, because it becomes harder to show the damage came from the storm. If you think something happened, get it looked at while the evidence is still on the roof.
Shingle roofing projects generally start between $7,000 and $30,000, and metal roofing projects between $15,000 and $75,000, depending on the size of the roof, the pitch, the material and what we find once the old roof is off. Siding runs $10,000 to $40,000 and patio covers $15,000 to $50,000. We are not the cheapest option, we focus on quality, transparency and long term value.
No. Roofing, siding and gutters are what we are known for, but we are a full service residential and commercial general contractor. That covers concrete slabs, sidewalks and driveways, fencing, patio covers and pergolas, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, framing, doors, windows, drywall, texturing and painting, and metal buildings and barndominiums.
We are based in League City and work across Galveston County, Harris County, Brazoria County, Chambers County, Fort Bend County, Liberty County and Montgomery County. That takes in Friendswood, Dickinson, Texas City, Kemah, Webster, Galveston, Alvin, Pasadena, Baytown and most of Greater Houston.
That is what the free inspection is for. We do a full roof assessment, evaluate any storm damage, photograph what we find, and then give you an honest repair or replace recommendation. Sometimes the answer is a repair, and we will say so.

One crew and one contract for the whole job. That covers roofing (asphalt shingle, metal, clay tile and commercial), siding (fiber cement, wood, vinyl, brick and stone), gutters and water management, concrete, fencing, patio covers, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, framing, doors, windows, drywall, texturing, painting, and metal buildings. After a storm it means the same crew that handles the roof can also handle whatever it damaged behind it.
